Answers to a few common questions about orders, artwork, wholesale, and working with FINCH.
When can I buy fine art prints?
FINCH fine art prints are released in two limited drops each year rather than kept in the shop year-round. Each release includes a small selection of Brittany’s original artwork, available for a limited time or while quantities last. Join the mailing list for first notice when the next print collection is coming.
Why only two print drops a year?
There’s a lot that happens before an illustration becomes a FINCH print. Limiting releases to twice a year leaves room for the part that matters most: time in the studio creating new work, studying the natural world, and taking on natural science illustration projects. It also allows each collection to be printed thoughtfully and released with intention—not simply added to an ever-growing inventory.
When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders leave the FINCH studio within 3 to 4 business days. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Made-to-order pieces or items with a longer lead time will always be noted on the product page.
What if my order is lost, damaged, or arrives incorrectly?
Packages have a long way to travel, and occasionally something goes wrong along the way. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or seems to have gone missing, please email britt@finchbybrittany.com with your order number and any helpful photos. We’ll take a look and work with you to make it right.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We hope you love what you bring home from FINCH, but understand that sometimes something just isn’t quite right. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery as long as they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Some pieces are final sale; you can find the details in our Return Policy.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes. FINCH works with shops and retailers looking to bring the collection into their own spaces. Visit the Wholesale page to learn more and apply for an account. Once approved, you can shop the FINCH website directly with wholesale pricing, current inventory, and new releases all in one place.
Do you take custom illustration projects?
Yes. FINCH creates custom illustration for researchers, conservation organizations, publishers, museums, educators, brands, and others working with the natural world. Projects range from scientific illustration and educational graphics to field guides, interpretive signage, exhibits, and editorial work.
